FORGIVE

Do you know what forgiveness can do for you? It can raise your spirits. It can release you from stress. It can make your heart and mind lighter. It can set you free!  

It is also very important to forgive yourself first. Every day say to yourself "I forgive myself and all others for ills perceived or real." 

Believe it or not this will work! Try it! You can say it anyway with whatever words are easiest for you, it takes milliseconds to do.
