If Ayres is that bad why isn't he in jail?

McCain and Company are on a rampage about Barack's relationship with this Ayres fella. If he is so scarey and bad and awful, why hasn't McCain and his Republican cohorts seen to it that he is in jail. How do they know the man and his wife are "Unrepentant"? I would imagine that they have beat themselves up more than McCain ever could. They are decent law abiding citizens now, so leave it and go on with the campaign. If I had ever been inclined to vote Republican, they sure have wiped that out!! He is using up all his credibility as a long time senator with all this BS. With me he is even wearing off his war hero status, he's nothing but a bully and a coward.
